3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session or wedding, please let me know as soon as possible. Rescheduling is always accommodated when dates are available. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of session or wedding, and any payments made toward your booking may be subject to the terms outlined in your contract. I am happy to walk you through all options to make the process clear and stress-free.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions and weddings include high-resolution digital files delivered through a private online gallery. From there, you can easily order prints, canvases, and other products directly through Pixieset.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I’m happy to hop on a FaceTime call before your session to chat, answer questions, and get to know each other. For weddings, I offer a full consultation so we can walk through the timeline, details, and all the little things that make your day special.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

For sessions, you can expect your full gallery of edited, high-resolution photos within 2–4 weeks. For weddings, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, and the full gallery is usually delivered within 4–6 weeks. I always keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.
